Whole Health for the Workplace
Palarm Creek Farms is a nonprofit organization rooted in the belief that healthy individuals build thriving communities. Through our holistic, trauma-informed corporate wellness packages, we support organizations in creating mentally healthy, connected workplaces where both people and business flourish.
Led by board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and a team of holistic professionals, our services go far beyond traditional employee assistance programs (EAPs). We blend clinical insight with whole health strategies to meet the real mental, emotional, and physical needs of today’s workforce.
Our founder, Stephanie Burnett, PMHNP-BC, CNL-BC, brings a wealth of experience from her work with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where she contributed to the design and implementation of Whole Health Employee Programs and Servant Leadership initiatives at both local and national levels. This expertise informs every aspect of our wellness strategy—ensuring that our programs are effective, compassionate, and transformational.
